Inquiry
We don't answer any question about our Customer without their permission. If any product is being sold exclusively, we will stop providing quotation and sample. Customers should have clear details of product positioning when inquire.
Quotation
There would be no price list provided for complete range of our products. We don't offer price in any show, except a project meeting appointed.
A right price should be confirmed according to the approval sample as well.
Samples
Customers should pay sample charge and freight, this cost could be refunded from your official order.
We keep our right to stop sampling, if customer could not provide enough details for what they need.
Exclusive Right
All the products offered to our customer, will be surely exclusive to their country. Wider area of exclusive right could be negotiated according to the sales situation.
Copy Right
Original customer design will be well respected, protected and sealed in our efforts. Wellpath reserve the right to take legal action for people who copy or imitate our original design, patent and relative products without our permission.
