Our Neoprene Foam was sliced and laminated by specialized factory according to the specifications and QC standard we request to meet different demands of various fabric functions.
Cutting, Die-cutting
An excellent team of cutting masters with exact cutting workmanship to provide you best ergonomics fit. All the cutting pieces will be 100% inspected by our QC team to make sure completely quality supplied from the beginning.
Printing, Embossing, Peeling
The printing material could meet the environmental standard, and operate by a skillful team with our own printing way to make sure no peeling problem.
Embossing and Peeling process are well done by our custom made facilities and tooling with exact quality control.
Distribution
To distribute the prepared-material clean and clear would be always a big concern to us. We therefore design our own internal distribution system, to make sure of no touching ground regulation would be effected.
